About Me

IMG_5514.jpeg

I’m a born and raised Texas-native. I have lived in the DFW area my entire life, and some of my favorite memories include going to the state fair and going to the mall with my cousin. I’m also a first-generation college student, which has presented many challenges to me in my academic career. However, I am learning every day, and I have become a more independent and self-motivated person because of it.

I love to explore and try new things. My favorite thing to do is to find unique restaurants, dessert spots, or cafes to take my friends to. I’ve found that small hole-in-the-wall places tend to be hidden gems, offering amazing food and a cozy atmosphere you can’t find at other places. Whether it’s a cute café with homemade pastries or a family-owned restaurant with a mouth-watering menu, I enjoy discovering places that add a little extra flavor to life and sharing those finds with others.

In High School, I was heavily involved in the choir program. I was in the top choir and even became an area candidate for the Texas All-State Choir. I was a member of my school’s contemporary acappella group and competed in ICHSA. To this day, I still have a heavy love for music and performance. Those experiences taught me the importance of hard work, practice, and confidence.
